Her therapeutic style incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) which allows her to customize treatment plans to each individual. She understands that therapy can be intimidating and as a result will work diligently with her clients and their families, schools, physicians, and other members of the client's community to provide support and consistency while respecting where they are in the therapeutic process.
