Briana Granillo, LCPC is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who works with adolescents, mothers, and adults navigating life’s challenges. She earned her Master of Education in Clinical Counseling from DePaul University and brings experience from both hospital and school settings. Briana has worked at the inpatient and outpatient levels of care, supporting clients with a wide range of mental health needs.

Briana has a special interest in working with individuals during pregnancy, prenatal, and postpartum periods. She understands the emotional, physical, and identity shifts that can occur during these stages and provides compassionate, informed care tailored to each client’s experience. In addition to perinatal mental health, her areas of focus include anxiety-related disorders, depression, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions.

Briana believes therapy works best as a collaborative process. She is here to partner with clients in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where they feel heard, respected, and empowered. Briana works alongside her clients to identify goals, build insight, and develop practical tools to navigate challenges with greater confidence and resilience.

She integrates evidence-based approaches into her work, including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT).

Briana is committed to creating a warm and inclusive space where clients can explore their experiences openly and move toward healing and growth at their own pace.
